Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: September 16, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MikutinsEnterprise.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of products or services from Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC (“Mikutin’s Enterprise,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our Website, booking an appointment, requesting or accepting an estimate, purchasing products or services, making a deposit or payment, or otherwise doing business with Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC, you agree to these Terms, subject to any separate written contract or agreement applicable to a particular project.
1. Services
Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC provides electrical services and related products to residential and commercial customers.
Services may include electrical installation, repair, replacement, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, lighting installation, and other electrical work agreed upon between the Company and customer.
The specific scope, pricing, materials, schedule, and other project-specific terms may be provided in a separate estimate, proposal, invoice, work order, or contract.
2. Appointments and Online Booking
Customers may request or book appointments through our Website.
An online appointment request does not necessarily constitute a final contract or guarantee that work will be performed at the requested date or time. We may contact the customer to confirm the appointment, obtain additional information, inspect the project, and/or provide an estimate.
Appointment times and project schedules are estimates and may be affected by emergencies, material availability, weather, permitting, inspections, previous jobs, site conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Estimates
Estimates are based on the information and conditions reasonably known at the time they are prepared.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, an estimate is not a guarantee that the final cost will be identical to the estimated amount.
Additional charges may apply when previously unknown or concealed conditions are discovered, the customer changes the requested scope of work, additional labor or materials become necessary, or code, permitting, inspection, utility, or safety requirements affect the work.
Any significant changes to the scope or price of a contracted project will be handled in accordance with the applicable project agreement and applicable law.
4. Deposits
Certain projects may require a deposit before materials are ordered, an appointment is reserved, or work begins.
The required deposit amount and payment schedule will be disclosed in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or contract.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing, deposits may be applied toward materials, equipment, administrative expenses, scheduling, mobilization, and other costs associated with the project.
Any refundability or cancellation terms applicable to a deposit will be stated in the applicable project agreement and remain subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Payment
Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC accepts payment online and through approved in-person payment methods.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us and our payment processors to process authorized charges.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due according to the schedule shown on the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or contract.
The customer is responsible for all amounts properly due for authorized work, products, materials, and approved changes to the project.
6. Product Sales
Products sold by Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC are generally considered final sale once purchased, installed, specially ordered, customized, or otherwise committed to a customer’s project, except where a return, refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications, finishes, dimensions, compatibility, quantities, and other relevant information before approving an order.
7. Returns and Restocking
Where Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC agrees to accept an otherwise eligible product return, the return is subject to a 30% restocking/return charge, meaning the customer may receive no more than 70% of the eligible product purchase price, subject to the condition of the product and any other applicable charges.
Installed, used, damaged, altered, customized, special-order, clearance, or otherwise non-returnable products may not be eligible for return.
Shipping, delivery, installation, removal, labor, permit, and similar service charges are generally non-refundable once those services or costs have been incurred.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, return, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
8. Product Warranties
Unless Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC expressly provides a separate written warranty, products sold or supplied by the Company are covered only by warranties, if any, provided by the applicable manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer’s own terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, registration requirements, and warranty periods.
Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC does not control a manufacturer’s decision regarding warranty coverage.
Labor required to remove, diagnose, ship, reinstall, or replace a product under a manufacturer’s warranty is not automatically included in the manufacturer’s product warranty and may result in additional charges unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
9. Electrical Work and Existing Conditions
Electrical work may reveal concealed or pre-existing conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before work began.
Examples may include damaged wiring, improper previous installations, overloaded circuits, code deficiencies, inaccessible wiring, structural obstructions, damaged equipment, utility problems, or other unsafe conditions.
When additional work is reasonably necessary because of conditions outside the original scope, Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC may provide the customer with a revised estimate or change order before proceeding, except when immediate action is reasonably necessary to address an imminent safety concern.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and work areas, accurate information concerning the property and requested work, and a reasonably safe working environment.
The customer is responsible for identifying known concealed utilities, equipment, hazardous materials, property restrictions, or other conditions that could affect the work.
The customer represents that they are the property owner or otherwise have authority to authorize the requested work.
11. Permits and Inspections
When permits or inspections are required, responsibility for obtaining and paying for them will be determined by the applicable estimate, proposal, or contract.
Inspection schedules and approval decisions are controlled by the applicable governmental authority and are outside Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC’s direct control.
12. Cancellations
Except where otherwise provided in a written agreement or required by law, orders, scheduled work, deposits, and purchases may be subject to the cancellation and refund policies stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or contract.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any cancellation right provided to a customer by applicable federal or Virginia law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or from circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC is not responsible for the operation of third-party websites or services except to the extent required by applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law provides otherwise.
18. Changes to These Terms
Mikutin’s Enterprise LLC may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on MikutinsEnterprise.com with a revised effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter contractual rights or obligations already established unless agreed to by the parties or otherwise permitted by law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
